My friend Robert is a hockey player, and I guess they
are pretty tough athletes (that’s why we like hockey
players, right?). SO, on the night of January 18th,
I get a call–”meet me at Rose, I’ve been cut”.
Translation: “My ankle got sliced open by another
guy’s skate”. Here comes the gross part!!!!!!!!
NICE CUT, RIGHT?
Now retired skate. Look at the laces……
BACK on the ice, Jan. 25th. One week later!
Seriously! This is not the pros Robert, take a week
OFF I say. NOT.

myself up here! This is what dentists say
on the subject of FRESH BREATH!!!!!!!!!!
1) Brush 2 full minutes 3 x a day. The
average 13 seconds is not enough!!!!!!!
2) Drink 8 glasses of water a day to replenish
oxygen-rich saliva.
3) Breathe through your nose to avoid dry mouth!
4) Avoid alcohol. It dries the mouth!!!
5) Floss every day!
6) Avoid dairy, it converts to sulphur compounds
by bacteria.
7) Limit coffee. Acid helps bacteria reproduce
faster. Tea is a better choice.
8) Clean your tongue.
9) Chew a piece of gum before you GO IN
for the kiss on Valentine’s Day!!!!!!!!!

teeth. So, since I had my bottom
wisdom teeth YANKED last Friday,
I’ve been walking around the building
finding people to hold them for GOOD
LUCK. LOOK who took the bait!
